Any allegations or improper trading of Acomo shares based on “material non-public information” or to communicate “material non-public information” to others.

Any breach to safeguard confidential information or to provide unauthorized access to confidential information.

Any unreasonable personal use of company property which interferes with business duties and responsibilities.

Any improper conduct with business relationships and suppliers
